Lessons I've learned this month:
• The elevator to success is out of order. Use the stairs one step at a time.
• Ask, believe, receive.
• The Japanese concept of Kaizen (Continuous small improvements will yield big results.)
• Stick to your goals by tracking your progress - M.J. Ryan
• Keep stretching yourself and avoid complacency - Joel Osteen
• Go out more often!
• Visualization does work. I got what I asked for :-)
